• Flora Manley is a registered Legal Document Assistant with many years of experience in preparing legal documents. She provides affordable and professional legal document preparation to members of the public. She is NOT an attorney. She CANNOT give you legal advise or represent you in court. She CAN, however, assist you in the preparation of legal documents at your direction.
• Flora Manley is one of the few Unlawful Detainer Assistance (UDA) licensed and bonded to prepare eviction forms.
• We offer flat fees for most services, which includes the filing of the documents for you. Flat fees DO NOT include any court fees.
